Terms of Service — Tradent.io

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tradent.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable notice to registered users.

2. Platform Description

Tradent.io is a B2B wholesale matching platform that connects Chinese manufacturers with Southeast Asian buyers. We provide product discovery, requirement matching, negotiation tools, and trade intelligence. Tradent.io is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers — we facilitate connections only.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to list products, post requirements, or initiate negotiations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Supplier Obligations

Suppliers listing products on Tradent.io must ensure all product information is accurate and up to date. Misrepresentation of products, pricing, certifications, or capabilities is grounds for immediate account suspension. Suppliers are responsible for fulfilling orders and honoring the trade terms agreed upon through the platform.

5. Buyer Obligations

Buyers posting requirements must provide genuine procurement needs with accurate specifications and budget ranges. Fraudulent or speculative requirements will be removed. Buyers are responsible for due diligence on suppliers before entering into purchase agreements.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro) are billed monthly or annually via our payment provider. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Tradent.io platform, including its matching algorithms, TradeMSG protocol, branding, and user interface, is the intellectual property of Tradent.io. Users retain ownership of their product listings, requirements, and other content posted to the platform. By posting content, you grant Tradent.io a limited license to display and distribute it as part of the platform service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tradent.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to transaction disputes, product quality issues, payment disputes, or business interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Singapore under SIAC rules. Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
