1. Information We Collect
When you register on Tradent.io, we collect your name, email address, company name, and role (buyer/seller). If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment provider processes your payment information — we do not store credit card details on our servers. We also collect product listings, requirement posts, and negotiation messages you create on the platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to operate the Tradent.io matching platform: connecting buyers with suppliers, running our matching algorithms, facilitating negotiations, and processing subscriptions. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for platform analytics and improvement.
3. Data Protection
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our infrastructure runs on Vercel and Supabase, both SOC 2 Type II certified. Access to personal data is strictly limited to essential platform operations.
4. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the platform service (e.g., Supabase for database hosting and our payment provider for payment processing). Product listings and company profiles you publish are visible to other platform users as part of the matching service.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to object to processing. California residents have rights under CCPA including the right to know what data is collected and to opt out of its sale.
6. Cookies
Tradent.io uses essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session tokens) and language preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required as we only use strictly necessary cookies.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove your profile, products, and requirements from the platform. Negotiation records may be retained in anonymized form for dispute resolution purposes for up to 90 days after account deletion.
